Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion of your personal data held by Esperanto Limited.

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time, free of charge. This includes data we received through Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook) when you contacted a business account we operate or service, as well as data associated with your account on heidi-lai.com. How to request deletion

Option 1 — Email us

Send an email to business@heidi-lai.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

  • ·the platform you used (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or the Website);
  • ·your account name, username or phone number on that platform; and
  • ·which business page or account you contacted.

Option 2 — Message us in the original chat

Send the message “Delete my data” in the same chat where you originally contacted us (for example, the WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook conversation), and we will handle your request from there.

What happens next

  1. 1Acknowledgement — we will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
  2. 2Identity verification — we will verify that you are the person the data relates to (for example, by replying through the same platform account or email address).
  3. 3Deletion — we will delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days of verifying your request, except for records we are required by law to keep (such as transaction records needed for legal and accounting purposes).
  4. 4Confirmation — we will notify you once the deletion is complete.

Please note

Deleting data from our systems does not delete your own copy of the conversation in your WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook app — those copies are controlled by you and by Meta, not by us.
